① Workroom	Dust comes out from the top, dust comes back from the bottom, and the sample can be hung on the sample holder for more comprehensive exposure to dust Light, observation window, dust brush for monitoring the test process.
② Dust circulation system	It is composed of circulating fan, dust storage and vibration motor. The centrifugal fan drives the air flow into O-shape. The dust that naturally falls from the working room is stored in the dust storage.
③ Heating system	The heating pipe heats the dust filtered by the wire diameter is 50μm, the screen size is 75μm, to prevent the sand and dust from caking. It also provides heat for the workroom.
④ Control system	PLC program control LCD screen, can operate and set test procedures and parameters.

Configuration of IPX6K Test Device

① Workroom	Water with a range of 2.5M to 3M hits the sample on the turntable from the left side with adjustable height and speed of 1 to 7r/min. The SUS304 workroom is resistant to high pressure water shock and corrosion.
② Nozzle	Equipped with IPX5 and IPX6 nozzles, two water resistance levels can be tested. The nozzle is equipped with a flow meter, the flow rate is accurately controlled at 75L/min±5%, and the nozzle pressure is 1000kPa.
③ Control system	PLC programmable controller with touch screen, can set the test parameters, such as spray time, water flow, water pressure, sample table speed, etc., while real-time monitoring of the test process parameters.
④ Water system	Including water tank, water pump, filter, sensor. The tank stores the filtered water, the pump provides pressure to the nozzle, and the sensor monitors the flow.
