Light Fastness Test Instrument

The light fastness test instrument by controlling the light intensity (xenon arc lamp simulates the full spectrum of sunlight), temperature, humidity, spray and other environmental factors, simulate the aging conditions in the natural environment, to evaluate the light resistance, heat resistance and moisture resistance of the material.Suitable for coating ink, plastic rubber, textiles, auto parts, electronic products and other industries of material light resistance, weather resistance test.

Light Fastness Test Instrument Features and Benefits

1. The light fastness test instrument use xenon arc lamp as a radiation source, the visible light range emitted is 380nm-750nm, and the ultraviolet range is 300nm-400nm, which is very similar to daylight.

2. From light energy, temperature, rainfall or condensation, humidity and other major climate factors to simulate and strengthen the test, can simulate the climate conditions in different regions and a variety of outdoor environment.

3. The test chamber can make the sample exposed to the intensity of summer noon sunlight equivalent to 24 hours a day, greatly improving the aging rate of the product and shortening the test time.

4. 3 kinds of filters are available: daylight filter, window glass filter, extended ultraviolet filter, to facilitate the testing of different components to get the appropriate spectrum.

①Workroom

  • SUS 304 material,corrosion-resistant, long life, easy to clean.

  • 4500W/6500W water-cooled xenon lamp with 1600 hours average life for better heat dissipation.   


Type 1: Flat shelf

  • Xenon lamp is located at the top of the workroom;

  • Standard double-layer sample holder, suitable for special-shaped, 3D samples.

②Spray system

To simulate rainfall or dew, so that the sample in the light aging at the same time, experience moisture or water erosion, in order to more comprehensively evaluate the material's light resistance, water resistance and other properties.

③ Air circulation system

Long axis fan motor and high and low temperature resistant stainless steel multi-wing impeller ensure uniform distribution of temperature, humidity, light to avoid local differences.

④ Heating system

To simulate high temperature environment (high temperature up to 100 ° C), which can work cooperatively with light to accelerate material aging.
