The test sample is placed in the IP68 tester, the IP68 tester is equipped with a power device, and ensure that it is in normal working condition or set according to the test requirements. During the test, continuous airflow and dust can impact various surfaces of the sample, including gaps, interfaces and holes.
After the specified test time, check whether there is dust inside the sample. If no dust enters or the amount of dust enters is within the allowable range, the sample is considered to have passed the IP6Xdust class test.
The IP8X tester is mainly used to test the water resistance of products in deep water environments.
When working, the water in the IP68 tester is pressurized by the pressurizing device to achieve the specified water pressure value. This pressure value usually corresponds to specific water depth conditions. The sample being tested is completely submerged in water and kept for the specified time. During the test, the sample is monitored for water leakage, including observing whether there is water leakage on the surface of the sample, or by detecting the humidity, electrical performance and other parameters inside the sample to determine whether there is water entering.
If at the end of the test, the sample does not appear to leak or water into the situation, it indicates that the sample meets the IP8X waterproof class requirements.
