Configuration of Ingress Protection Test Equipment

1. Workroom	SUS 304 material, long-term high humidity corrosion resistance, high hardness, can resist water jet impact. Equipped with a turntable that can adjust the rotation speed and height, and has a waterproof power supply and fixing device on the turntable to prevent the test part from being washed away.
2. IPX1 X2 Water Drop Tray	The inner diameter of the gargoyle is 0.4mm. IPX1 (vertical drip) : simulates vertical drip, the device is a drip tank, and the drip speed is adjustable. IPX2 (tilt 15° drip) : The drip tank can be tilted 15° to test the water resistance of the product in the tilt state.
3. IPX3 X4 Oscillating Tube	IPX3 (dousing) : Use the nozzle on the oscillating tube to spray water at an Angle of 60°-90° to simulate the rain environment. IPX4 (Splash) : Full range splash test, swing tube or nozzle rotation water spray, covering all directions of the product. A variety of oscillating tube sizes are available
4. IPX5 X6 Spray Nozzle	IPX5 (water spraying) : Use a nozzle with a diameter of 6.3mm to spray water directly at a flow rate of 12.5L/min and a high pressure. IPX6 (Powerful water spray) : Nozzle diameter 12.5mm, greater flow (100L/min), simulate high-pressure water cannon impact.
