UVA Aging Machine

The UVA aging machine installs UV lamps to simulate UVA ultraviolet radiation in natural sunlight, with a wavelength of 315-400nm, high intensity and stable UV radiation. Spray system and refrigeration system to create condensation, high temperature, high humidity and other environmental conditions, and perform accelerated weather resistance test on materials.

The temperature range can be from ambient to 90℃, humidity ≥95%RH, blackboard temperature(BPT) is 35℃ ~ 80℃, in order to simulate different climatic conditions, accelerate product aging.

UVA Aging Machine Test Chamber Features and Benefits

1. The UVA aging machine can focus on the simulation of the long wave ultraviolet (UVA) band (315-400nm), which accounts for a relatively large proportion of sunlight's ultraviolet rays and has strong penetration.

 

2. Through the combination of enhanced UVA irradiation intensity and extreme environmental conditions (high temperature, rain), the aging process of the material in the natural environment for months or even years can be simulated in a relatively short time.

① Control system

The programmable controller and LCD touch screen can easily set the parameters of ultraviolet radiation intensity, irradiation time, temperature, humidity and so on through the control panel, and can also monitor and record the data during the test in real time.

② Test sample area

  • Flat specimen holders, aluminum panels with rings.

Each specimen size is 75mm*150mm,can hold 52 pieces.


  • In addition to the standard flat holder, you can select the3-D specimen holder for option.
