1. Accurately simulate IPX1 vertical drip with a drip rate of 1mm/min±0.5mm/min and the test duration of 10 minutes, and IPX2 tilt 15° drip scenario with a drip rate of 3mm/min±0.5mm/min, the test needs to be carried out at each of the four fixed tilt positions for 2.5 minutes.

1. Workroom

The drip tray is located at the top of the workroom, and the test water is stored inside, and the drip needles are evenly distributed at the bottom. The aperture is 0.4mm and the hole spacing is 20mm.
Sample turntable height is adjustable. When performing IPX1 test, the turntable is in a horizontal position; During the IPX2 test, the turntable should be tilted 15° to both sides in the vertical direction.

2. Control system

PLC programmable controller with touch screen, can set drip speed, test time, turntable speed, real-time monitoring of the test process.

3. Water supply and circulation system:

Including water tanks, pumps and filters.
The water tank stores water, and the pump pumps the water to the drop tray to realize the recycling of water, and the filter prevents the blockage of the drip hole.
