IPX5 shower is in line with the IEC60529 standard IPX5 grade waterproof test equipment, after the IPX5 shower’s test,on behalf of its can prevent the injection of water intrusion, that is, the product can prevent from the nozzle of the water intrusion caused by damage.

Configuration of IPX5 Shower

1. Workroom	The IPX5 nozzle has an inner diameter of 6.3mm and the IPX6 nozzle has an inner diameter of 12.5mm and is made of SUS304 corrosion-resistant material. The spray pipe connects the nozzle and the water pump. Nozzle support fixed nozzle, height adjustable. The rotating turntable is used to place the product under test. The diameter is 600mm and the speed can be adjusted in the range of 0-7r/min.
2. Water system
① Filter	The ejected water is returned through the workroom drain to form an automatic water circulation and water filtration system that removes impurities up to 0.03mm.
② Water tank	SUS304 material, equipped with water level float ball valve, can automatically control water intake, and low water level monitoring device.
③ Water pump	Stainless steel centrifugal pump meets the requirements of IPX5 spray flow of 12.5±0.625L/min and IPX6 spray flow of 100±5L/min. Water spray flow can be controlled.
④ Sensor	The flow is monitored in real time, and the flow value is transmitted to the PLC controller for display on the man-machine interface.
3. Control system	Realize the test flow control, test time, control turntable speed and positive and negative rotation, control sample power supply on and off, etc. Color touch screen, easy to operate, programmable test process.
