Configuration of Water IP Test Device

1. IPX1X2 Water Drop Tray

Made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, the bottom is arranged with drip holes , and a special gargoyle is installed in the hole, with an inner diameter of 0.4mm.

2.IPX3X4 Oscillating Tube

The oscillating tube is distributed with a spray hole, hole spacing of 50 mm, and the diameter of the spray hole is 0.4mm. The drive motor drives the oscillating tube to do reciprocating oscillating, and the oscillating angle of the oscillating tube is ±180° to simulate water spraying and splashing in different directions.

Oscillating tube diameter is 400mm, 600mm, oscillating tube diameter can be customized.

3.IPX5X6 Spray Nozzle

There are two nozzles installed on the spray pipe for IPX5,IPX6 test respectively, the diameter of the spray hole is 6.3mm and 12.5mm, and the spray intensity can be adjusted in the range of 12.5-100L/min.
