LIB SO2 and humidity temperature chamber cam create a corrosive SO2 gas environment with temperature and humidity can be precisely controlled,so as to observe and evaluate the performance changes of the sample in this simulated harsh environment.A complete exhaust system keeps your workplace safe and clean.

1-30PPM SO2 concentration with wide temperature and humidity ranges:respectively are 15 ℃ ~ 80℃ and 30% ~98%RH make it possible to simulate many kinds of integrated SO2 environment.Various models and customized SO2 and humidity temperature test chambers are available.

4.  The circulating air system make the SO2 gas concentration is stable and the SO2 exhaust device with NAOH solution tank diluting SO2 guarantees safety and clean.

① Workroom

  • Made of SUS316 stainless steel to resist SO2 corrosion, double rubber strips are distributed in the middle of the studio and door, and equipped with electromagnetic locks to ensure tightness

  • High precision temperature and humidity sensor can return temperature and humidity data in time.

② Air circulation system

The air in the working room is inhaled from the return air outlet, and then sent out from the air supply outlet for continuous circulation, so that the temperature and humidity in the chamber and so2 gas are uniform, and the accuracy of the test is improved.

③ Heating system

The high-power electric heating wire is located at the back of the studio, which improves the heating rate of the studio, and the maximum temperature can reach 80℃.

④ Humidification system

The combination of high humidity and SO2 gas will accelerate the corrosion of the product, and the evaporative humidifier can accurately control the humidity in the range of 30% to 98%RH.

⑤ SO2 sensor

  • The newly upgraded SO2 sensor monitors sulfur dioxide concentration in real time with high accuracy (Valued by PPM, control accuracy: ± 0.1% FS), high sensitivity and fast response.

⑥ Control system

⑦ Refrigeration system

The compressor refrigeration technology forms a refrigeration cycle circuit, and works with the heating system for cooling and dehumidification, and the refrigeration efficiency is fast and stable.

⑧ Exhaust system

NaOH solution tank is uesd to dilute the remaining SO2 gas after the test to ensure that the waste is pollution-free and harmlessly discharged. A spraying device is installed in the solution tank to accelerate the dilution process.
