According to standard requirements or custom user requirements, the chamber performs environmental simulation tests on the physical and other related characteristics of products during high-temperature, low-temperature, and cyclic variations. The walk-in environmental test chamber is manufactured using sheet metal processing equipment. It includes one imported German laser cutting machine and one AMADA CNC bending machine. The chamber body is made of high-quality galvanized steel with excellent insulation properties, finished with electrostatic powder coating and baking paint.
The inner chamber is constructed from imported SUS-304 stainless steel plates, using full argon arc welding to prevent leakage and infiltration of high-temperature, high-humidity gases. The interior corners are designed with rounded edges for better drainage of condensation on the sidewalls.
The chamber features a large anti-fog observation window, allowing clear viewing of samples during testing. The air duct system is designed with top air outlets and bottom return air circulation to ensure uniform airflow distribution within the chamber.
The bottom of the chamber includes drainage grooves to facilitate the discharge of condensate during humid heat processes. The inner chamber is designed with rounded corners for easier cleaning and hygiene maintenance.
The walk-in environmental test chamber is equipped with a pressure balance device, effectively preventing deformation of the chamber walls due to thermal stress.
The chamber includes multiple protection features, such as over-temperature protection, overcurrent protection, high and low voltage protection, dry burn protection, and overload protection, ensuring the reliable operation of the equipment.
