The LIB conditioning chamber completely separates the workroom from the control system and the refrigeration/heating unit. The independent workroom is fully enclosed, equipped with high-precision temperature and humidity sensors and circulating air flow system, which can quickly create extreme temperature ranges from -70 ° C to +150 ° C and humidity environments ranging from 10%RH to 98%RH.

Conditioning Chamber Features and Benefits

Workrooom

SUS304 stainless steel, lined with thermal insulation to ensure temperature and humidity stability (±0.5°C, ±2.5% RH).

It can be customized to accommodate large test pieces (automotive battery packs, complete equipment).

Test cable hole

Standard through-hole (φ50mm) to support external power cables, data cables or sensors. It has a silicone sealing ring.

Wide temperature and humidity contrastion

Controller

Support programming, can set multi-stage temperature and humidity curve (such as cycle test: 25°C→-40°C→85°C, slope 5°C/min). Ethernet or RS-485 interface is connected to PC to realize remote data collection and alarm management.
