Configuration of Mixed Gas Test Chamber

①Workroom	Interior material of workroom is SUS304 stainless steel & glass fiber reinforced plastics to resist noxious gases corrosion.
②Air circulation system	Air circulates to ensure uniform gas concentration, temperature, humidity, etc. in all areas of the workroom. The gas mixture better contact with the test sample.
③Heating system	The electric heating wire, combined with the temperature sensor, provides the required heat for the test chamber at a heating rate of 3℃/min.
④Control system	Composed of programmable touch screen, it can centrally control and monitor temperature, humidity, gas concentration, air circulation, etc. Display the running status of each parameter in real time.
⑤Cooling system	The compression refrigeration unit realizes the cooling of the workroom through the circulation of the refrigerant, and the cooling rate is 1℃/min.
⑥Exhaust device	At the end of the test or when the gas needs to be replaced, the gas in the chamber is diluted through the NaOH solution tank and then discharged.
