①Workroom	Made of SUS 304stainless steel with low-temperature resistant materials, with good sealing and strength to prevent cold air leakage and external heat intrusion. Standard double-layer perforated sample holder with adjustable height. The observation window is made of double vacuum glass.
②Air circulation system	Including air inlet, air outlet and circulation fan, etc., can ensure the air circulation and temperature uniformity in the chamber.
③Heating system	Heating wire, with high resistivity and heating efficiency, can make the cabin temperature quickly rise to the set temperature range. The highest temperature can reach +150℃.
④Refrigeration system	Compressor cooling. Cooling can be achieved through the circulation of refrigerant. And low temperature is down to -120°C.
⑤Control system	Monitor and record the temperature and other parameters in the chamber, and transfer the data to the computer for storage and analysis.
