Features and Benefits of Water Ingress Test Equipment

1. The test function is comprehensive, simulating dripping, drenching, splashing, spraying and other rainfall conditions, to meet the test requirements of different waterproof levels from IPX1 to IPX4.

2. With advanced control system and frequency conversion technology, parameters such as rainfall, test rack, water spray pendulum and water spray volume can be automatically adjusted to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of test conditions.

3. Water ingress test equipment comes with a water tank equipped with a water level float ball valve and can recycle water, which can automatically control the water intake and has a low water level detection and alarm function.

Configuration of Water Ingress Test Equipment

①Workroom	The workroom is SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is not easy to rust, corrosion resistance, easy to clean. Drip water tank: the drip hole diameter is Φ0.4mm, the hole spacing is 20×20mm, suitable for IPX1/2 test, IPX2 test will tilt the turntable 15° during the test. Oscillating tube: for IPX3/4 test, radius size is 400mm,600mm, oscillating tube angle can reach 120º (IPX3), 350º (IPX4) Turntable lifting height, tilt, adjustable speed.
② Filter	It can filter impurities of 0.03mm to prevent impurities from blocking the nozzle and affecting the uniformity and stability of the water flow.
③ Water tank	The water tank is equipped with the water level float ball valve, which can automatically control the water intake, and has the function of low water level detection and alarm.
④ Water pump	Provide steady water flow power for testing, pump water out of the tank and deliver it to the sprinkler or rain drop device, etc.
⑤ Pressure sensor	Real-time monitoring of the water pressure during the test to ensure that the spray pressure is stable between 80-150kpa within the pressure range specified by IPX3 and IPX4 levels.
⑥ Flowmeter	Accurately measure and control the flow of water to ensure that the flow speed during the test meets the standard requirements of the IPX1234 test for different waterproof classes.
