PV Environmental Test Chamber

PV environmental test chamber is a photovoltaic environmental test chamber. The pv environmental test chamber can simulate the environmental conditions including temperature with range of -60℃ ~ +100 ℃, humidity with range of 20% ~ 98% RH. Meantime, it can also be customized lighting, rainfall, dust and so on.

Through these simulated environmental tests determines the resistance of photovoltaic products in the actual use environment.

PV Environmental Test Chamber Features and Benefits

1. PV environmental test chamber can accurately simulate various temperature and humidity conditions, and the temperature deviation can be controlled at ±0.5℃. Humidity deviation is also controlled within a small range ( ±2.5%RH).

 

2. PV environmental test chamber has good sealing performance to ensure the stability of environmental conditions during the test. The high quality rubber sealing ring can effectively prevent the outside air and water from entering the inside of the test chamber, affecting the test results.

1. Workroom

  • The chamber shell is made of 4MM A3 steel plate material with good corrosion resistance and strength to ensure the stability of the internal environment of the test chamber.

  • The workroom is made of SUS 304 mirror stainless steel, which is resistant to high and low temperature, humidity and easy to clean.

  • Equipped with a sample holder for fixing the photovoltaic module, while the photovoltaic module placement angle can be adjusted.

  • Equipped with high precision temperature and humidity sensor and lighting.

2. Air circulation system

Composed of ventilation duct and fan: ventilation duct connected to the internal and external environment of the test chamber, the fan is installed in the ventilation duct to drive the flow of air and ensure the uniform distribution of environmental factors.pv_environmental_test_chamber9.jpg

3. Heating system

4. Cooling system


Adopts cascade mechanical refrigeration, high refrigeration efficiency, by compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttling elements.

5. Control system


Programmable logic controller (PLC). Testers can set test parameters through the operation interface, such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, test time, etc., real-time monitoring of various data during the test process, and analysis and processing.

6. Humidity system:


Steam humidification. By heating the water to produce steam, the steam is introduced into the test chamber to increase the humidity.
