Working Principle of a Small Climate Chamber

The small climate chamber works based on a combination of several key principles and components.

 

 First, it uses a heating element and a cooling system to control the temperature in the room. When the temperature needs to be raised, the heating element generates heat, while the cooling system (including compressors and refrigerants) removes heat to lower the temperature. The temperature sensor monitors the actual temperature and sends a signal to the controller, which adjusts heating or cooling accordingly to maintain the desired temperature.

 

For humidity control, when the humidity is too low, the humidifier adds water to the studio, and when the humidity is too high, the excess water is dried out. Similarly, a humidity detector transmits measurements of humidity.

 

The air circulation consists of fans to ensure an even distribution of temperature and humidity throughout the studio.

Protection System of a Small Climate Chamber 

Over Temperature Protection uses temperature sensors to monitor and prevent excessive temperatures, typically cutting off power or initiating cooling above a set limit.

 

Water Shortage Protection, via sensors, halts the humidification process when water levels are critically low to protect the humidifier.

 

Humidifier Dry Combustion Protection stops the humidifier from overheating or catching fire when there's insufficient water.

 

Refrigerant High Pressure Protection uses pressure sensors to prevent damage from excessive refrigerant pressure.

 

Over Current Protection guards against current surges, while Earth Leakage Protection and Phase Sequence Protection ensure electrical safety and proper power supply sequence.
