1. Upgraded glass fiber reinforced plastic material, strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, one molding, enhanced sealing, reinforced design, long service life.

2. A brine mixing system is installed in the brine tank to ensure the uniformity of the salt solution, and the brine can also be heated to stabilize the PH value.

Configuration of Salt Mist Test Chamber

①Workroom	Equipped with sample holder: Standard:round rod and V-shaped groove design, test pieces can be freely placed and adjusted angles. Customed insert sample holder is also available.
②Spray tower	The spray tower is adjustable in height and spray volume.
③Heater strip	Controlling the power of the heating wire allows the workroom to reach the required test temperature.
④Saturated barrel	The air is preheated in the saturated barrel. The saturated barrel has protection against dry burning.
⑤Controller	The controller controls the spray time, temperature, humidity and other parameters. The controller also has fault diagnosis and alarm function.
⑥Salt solution tank	Built-in 30 liter salt solution tank with a brine mixing system to keep the brine even.
