①Vacuum pump

Through pumping, a certain vacuum degree is formed inside the test chamber or inside the sample, which simulates the changes in air pressure that the product may face in actual use, and the possibility of sand and dust entering in the low pressure environment, and promotes the flow and circulation of sand and dust.

②Vacuum filter

 Filter the gas entering the vacuum pump, prevent the dust particles in the test chamber from entering the vacuum pump, and reduce the dust residue in the internal circulation system of the test chamber.

③Circulating fan

 Generate air flow, promote the dust circulation, ensure that the dust can fully contact all parts of the sample, so that the dust distribution in the test box is more uniform, simulate the exposure of the product in the actual dust environment.

④Vibrating motor

 By shaking the inside of the test chamber, the sand attached to the surface of the sample or the wall of the test chamber can be shed, so as to avoid the accumulation of sand in some parts and affect the accuracy of the test results.
