Ipx9k Test Equipment Application

Ipx9k Test Equipment Working Principle
Before the test, the specimen is placed on the turntable designed M6 screw holes with screws to hold the specimen. When the Ipx9k test equipment is started, the water flow is controlled by the pressure gauge and the flow meter, a waterproof power connector on the turntable energizes the test piece.
The water is sprayed from four angles of 0°, 30°, 60° and 90° respectively for 30 seconds in the Ipx9k test chamber. and water spray tests are performed at high pressure (8000-10000Kpa), high temperature (+88°C) and water flow rates of 14-16L/min, to test the water penetration resistance of products.
